Reportng to the Project Director, this role will be responsible for managing and sustaining all levels of site activity, from the inception of receiving product, through to the successful installation and close out handover to the general contractor. The successful candidate will have sub-contracted and non-subcontracted installers, site service technicians, junior project managers and project coordinators reporting to them, so a professional attitude and attention to detail are essential. Multi-family residential project management experience required.
Cabinetry project management experience.

Skills and Abilities:
Software proficient (Word, Outlook, Excel, various apps for PM and construction).
Proficient with current labor laws and WCB standards.
Extensive ability to use cellular communication.
Proven ability to track work in a meticulous fashion.
Proven track record multi-unit project management.
Ability to read and write fluently in English.
Exemplary email communication and professional manner.
Dog lover.
Valid BC Driver’s license.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Use existing legacy software and systems to manage job scheduling for site management.
Accurately measure units including all applicable obstacles and observances around site challenges.
Project start ups through to closing out.
Attend site meetings where required.
Work with tradespeople on sites in a collaborative, cohesive fashion.
Schedule casual labor where required.
Sign off on casual labor invoices where required.
Be directly responsible for overseeing deliveries of cabinets to various job sites.
Have working knowledge of the product and installation requirements.
Ensure that the site has all the supplies needed to install product.
Ensure units are kept to the standard included in the contract.
Ensure multiple project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives are achieved for all assigned projects.
Deliver parts and supplies to various job sites when needed.
Track and maintain job site progress.
Report the progress per job, per unit to the accounting department to accurately bill
Analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
Enhance and participate in the corporate, team-based culture.
Other duties as required.
