Service Warranty Advisors
Technicians
Parts
Ensure high productivity of the team and on-time delivery of RVs to customers
Become proficient in all aspects of RV Components and Repair (training provided)
Grow profitability of the Service Department
Requirements

Excellent communication

Strong leadership skills
Strong customer service skills
Personable with ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
Education and/or Experience

Previous experience as a people manager preferably in RV, Automotive, Implement, Heavy Equipment or like type industries.
Experience and knowledge of leading and motivating small teams
