The Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information ("Candidates"), and by employers ("Employers") and recruitment companies ("Recruiters") seeking employees and by Individuals ("Gig Posters") seeking limited time workers. You agree to use the Site only to send Materials and receive Content that are proper and related to the purpose of the Site.

You agree, that in posting Materials, you will not, nor will you allow others to, directly or indirectly: (a) post any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate resume; (b) post any franchise, pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunity, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents; (c) delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity; (d) post or transmit any Materials that are unlawful, harmful, racially abusive, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libellous, vulgar, obscene, or tortuous or materials which infringe or violate any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy or other proprietary or property right or that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law; (e) impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation a TradesCraft employee or agent, an authorized user of TradesCraft' Services, a Candidate, an Employer or a Recruiter, or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity; (f) post opinions, notices or advertisements, commercial or otherwise or solicit business from Recruiters or Employers who post on the Site, including any solicitation by any of our competitors of Recruiters or Employers who post on the Site.
In addition, you agree that you are solely responsible for actions and communications undertaken or transmitted in the course of your usage of this Site, and that you will comply with all laws that apply or may apply to your use of or activities on this Site or in respect of the Materials and Content. TradesCraft will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
TradesCraft reserves the right at all times to disclose any Materials provided by you as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or remove any Materials, in whole or in part, that in TradesCraft' sole discretion is objectionable or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
The rules set forth below shall be followed when using the TradesCraft.com Website:
1. You may not respond to postings by other Users in any manner or for any purpose other than that which is expected (i.e., to apply for the job/Gig or to initiate further discussion with the candidate). Communications soliciting the employer's business by our competitors are prohibited.
2. You may not send unsolicited commercial e-mail to TradesCraft.com Users.
3. Report inappropriate postings or conduct to Feedback.
4. You may not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
5. You may not attempt to mass download valuable data while using TradesCraft’s offered services for the purposes of data mining and data hoarding. TradesCraft and at its sole discretion defines what is considered data mining or mass download and also defines at its sole discretion what is considered normal acceptable use.
TradesCraft.com is under no obligation to monitor the conduct of its Users, but it may investigate and respond when violations are reported. Users who violate these "Conduct Rules" may be denied access to the Site at TradesCraft.com's discretion.
As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. Any hyperlinks contained in a job/Gig posting submitted by a User will be disabled when such job posting is posted on a TradesCraft Site.
The Company's Liability
TradesCraft.com is only a venue. This Web Site acts as a venue for employers/gig posters to post job/gig opportunities and candidates to post resumes and does not screen or censor the listings offered. The Company is not involved in the actual transaction between employers/gig posters and candidates. As a result, the Company has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs/gigs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers/gig poster to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Web Site.
Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, TradesCraft.com cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior of participants on TradesCraft.com, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release the Company (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (contractual and extra-contractual, actual and consequential, direct and indirect, punitive) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
We are under no legal obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided by other users which is made available through the Web Site. By its very nature, other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TradesCraft OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO ANY USER ON ACCOUNT OF THAT USER'S USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE TradesCraft SERVICES OR SITE, ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF.
The company does not warrant that the web site will operate error-free or that the web site and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms.
