Provide technical phone support for all IBSA systems Document, log, and assign all reported problems to appropriate departments Perform system analysis and identify solutions to technical problems Prepare and maintain documentation Provide production support activities for all IBSA systems Provide input to project estimates and work plans

Qualifications:

College degree in computer related field or equivalent experience Able to work effectively in a team environment
