Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Fuel Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Dispense Team is responsible for the management of all into-plane fueling activities. This includes supplier performance management, Ground Service Equipment fuel management and fueling equipment/asset management. The FSCM Dispense Team is responsible for the procurement and strategic placement of fueling equipment throughout the system.This intern may be responsible for tracking and reporting all fuel related information as well as other special projects throughout the session.
Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

  • Progress towards degree, major/minor in, Supply Chain Management, Operational Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Business related field required.
  • Minimum junior level.
  • To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours).
  • Maintained 3.0or above cumulative GPA.

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Strong database management skills preferred (Excel, Access, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of root cause, risk analysis, and/or trend analysis.
  • Experience with negotiating contracts/bids with vendors preferred.
  • Problem solving ability and strong written/verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple and concurrent assignments.
  • Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a Team.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines.
  • Works well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, courteous and compassionate.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, team oriented, with a sense of humor.

TIME COMMITMENT:
