Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs task analysis/research to define project goals, reporting infrastructure and products/projects.

Task assignments will include working on various size projects within the Training Department environment.

Research and collect data from a variety of resources.

Document, analyze, and report required information and data.

Assists Training Leaders with training plan analysis and recommend a course of action.

Ensure that training records are properly maintained.

Analyze and investigate discrepancies with training records.

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

Progress towards degree, major/minor in Training Development, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics or Business related field required.

Minimum junior level.

To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours).

Maintained 2.75 or above cumulative GPA.

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).

Strong database management skills preferred (Excel, Access, or similar)

Prior experience in learning management systems or reporting preferred (crystal reports, etc.)

Basic understanding of root cause and/or trend analysis.

Problem solving ability and strong written/verbal communications skills.

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple and concurrent assignments.

Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a Team.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines.

Works well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, courteous and compassionate.

Quick learner, self-motivated, team oriented, with a sense of humor.

Strong interest in Training Compliance is a plus.
