The Gladstone LNG (GLNG) Project is a grass roots 2 Train Liquefied Natural Gas Facility that will be constructed on Curtis Island, (near Gladstone) Australia. It will be performed using a combination of Direct Hire and Construction Management of experienced specialist Australian Subcontractors methods. Unless otherwise indicated, applicants for construction positions should have heavy industrial Direct Hire construction experience commensurate with the type of work to be undertaken and the requirements identified below.

Performs field timekeeping activities to insure this function is carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for verification of daily attendance, collection and verification of daily timesheets, and distribution of paychecks for manual employees. Receive supervision from Project Lead Timekeeper. Works under well-defined procedures and strict deadlines. Judgment and resourcefulness is often required to solve problems. Maintain direct working relationship with craft foremen and superintendents, general foremen, field and project superintendents, safety representatives, and Bechtel labor relations representatives. Maintain working relationship with the Bechtel paymaster, payroll department and manual workers. Point of contact for Project Management for force reporting, attendance, safety hours, on-site premise reports, exception reporting and ad-hoc reporting. Insures timekeeping function is performed in accordance with policies and procedures. Prepares detailed daily and weekly work schedules. Coordinates timekeeping interface with craft superintendents and foremen. Reviews reports prepared in the timekeeping department for accuracy and completeness including verifying correct craft classification, monitoring and reviewing the eTrack database for completeness and accuracy. Ensure Direct Hire Man-hours are completed and approved daily. Verify hours to be paid to terminated employees. Assist the Lead Timekeeper in submitting daily eTrack export files for SAP input. Assist in the preparation of project reports, including daily force reporting, attendance and ad-hoc reporting. The position requires good communication and time management skills.

- Requires knowledge of professional timekeeping principles, concepts, and terminology plus working knowledge of related activities gained through specialized work experiences of a progressively responsible nature
- Basic to intermediate skills in the areas of oral and written communications, project financial process controls, MS Office suite of applications (e.g. Word, Excel), accounts payable, general ledger and billing
