We offer custom packaging solution. We make all kinds of plastic containers using the following methods blow molding, injection molding, re-heat stretch blow molding, post molding decoration.

Job Duties:

o Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic parts and products,
o Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units,
o Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality,
o Set up machines and equipment
o Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions,
o Prepare production and other reports,
o Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies,
o Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
o Safely start, stop and operate all moulding, decoration, auxiliary and ancillary manufacturing equipment
o Troubleshoot productivity, or quality related issues and resolve production issues through technical and process protocol and maintain 95% efficiency
o Lead a ‘manufacturing cell based’ team assuring that Company standards are met in terms of safety, material utilization, efficiency, uptime, cycle, labour utilization and GMP.
o Communicate quality, manufacturing and staffing issues when necessary.
o Fill in for Production Team Leaders as required by their absence or general demand levels


Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator or an assembler in rubber or plastic products manufacturing is required
Due to the responsibility with the machinery handled and for security / protection reasons, the position requires the following skills / knowledge:

o Mechanical skills to trouble shoot, process variables, and fine tune extrusion blow moulding, injection blow molding m/c’s and auxiliary equipment using mechanical/air tools.
o Ability to read electrical, mechanical and hydraulic blueprints
o Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulics. Familiar with the following type of machines SIPA, Zeccheti, Husky.
o Knowledge of blow molding and injection blow molding processes, and of polymer behavior.
o Good oral and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills
o Basic computer skills

Salary: $22.62 to $30.00 Hourly, 80 hours per two weeks.
