Responsibilities:

WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:

  • This support will include information discovery, conversion of learning and objectives into tactical paid campaign execution and optimization actions, and ad hoc problem solving.
  • Communicates andpro-actively coordinates efforts directly with various teams within Department, as well as external departments, to implement promotional business plan.
  • Works directly with Project Management Team to ensure key launch dates and customertouch-points are met.
  • Has superior communication skills and can interact effectively to all levels and internal/external Customers.
  • Works in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of our Company.
  • Report market place learnings and client requests to internal team to support ongoing product development.
  • Contribute to strategic growth through competitive insights and operational/technology-driven efficiencies.
  • Provide inputs around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of our audience manager platform to achieve goals.
  • Can design, develop, analyze and determine reporting controls and procedures in support of the campaign effectiveness objectives.
  • Execute and oversee day-to-day management across all campaigns and media channels, including daily performance monitoring, identifying and implementing media inventory and data enhancements, issue identification and escalation.
  • Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with both internal and external Customers.

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

  • BS / BA degree in advertising, marketing, management consulting, finance, or relevant professional services field, required

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years' experience in Marketing analytics, recent focus on digital advertising with traditional media experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience inon-line advertising reporting required
  • Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management and campaign analytics preferred

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

  • Prefer ability to work well under pressure and perform multiple, concurrent tasks with frequent interruptions.
  • Strong analytical skills: must be comfortable with MS Excel and Power-Point, data analysis, andInternet technologies.
  • Knowledge of theon-line media business and underlying technology including DMP and exploratory analysis.
  • Must have experience in Adobe Analytics suite/Marketing Cloud or similar analytics technology.
  • Experience in web analytic tools, social media marketing applications or multichannel marketing demand creation program management.
  • Must possess strong mathematical, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and databases are necessary.
  • Prefer experience with organizing data and effectively communicating analysis in memos, charts, graphs, and/or presentations.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
