Responsibilities:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help coordinateCorporate Sales marketingand sales events, up to and including on site corporate tabling events, trade shows, forums, and sales calls.

Create and distribute communications and collateral to CorporateSales Team and Customers.

Researchsales leadsand mine data up to and including cold calls and tertiary account interaction.

Provide Customer Serviceto Corporate Sales Team and Customers.

Distributesales incentives to top Customers.

Administrative tasks including record keeping, mail distribution, and data entry.

Participate in ad hoc sales projects, promotions, and planning.

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

Progress towards degree in Marketing, Business or related degree.

Minimum junior level.

To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours).

Maintained 3.0 or above cumulative GPA.

EXPERIENCE:

Sales experience/interest is preferred.

Previous Customer Service experience preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.

Proficient with basic Excel functions are preferred.

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

Professional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to speak publically before an audience.

Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a team.

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines.

Must be detailed oriented and ability to work with a sense of urgency.

Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
