Responsibilities:

WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:

  • Ability to Communicate effectively when answering incoming phone calls, Voicemails, and E-Mails.
  • Review and Respond to all "General Question" Voicemails and E-Mails.
  • Enter Pay for Pilots performing Line Checks.
  • Audit Trip Pairings for Pilots (Rigs, Non-fly, and Premiums).
  • Continually Update Pilot Payroll "Contact List"
  • Pay Medical Reimbursements/OQS
  • Enter LOA Paper Bidding/Sick time accurately in CSS system.
  • Provide Record Requests (Sick balances, Block Hours for Retirees, Payroll Reports, WOAF) to Pilots/Legal Dept.
  • Filing and organizing paperwork/Ordering Office Supplies.
  • Audit the Check List all Month and note what is "Completed"/"needs to be Completed" within the Department.
  • Archive WOAF Report.
  • Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

May perform other job duties as directed by Employees Leaders.

Qualifications:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years experience within Crew Resources area, or specialized educational training in Crew Planning and/or Crew Scheduling
  • College degree in Aviation, Industrial Engineering or related areas or equivalent experience preferred

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 40 lbs.



SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications- Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Mathematical ability to "accurately" perform basic calculations (additions, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Must have ability to handle and resolve administrative tasks.
  • Must have knowledge of the Pilot Contract
  • Working knowledge of CSS
  • Able to read Documents, follow instructions, learn and understand office procedures and the various contracts.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations related to Crew Resources

Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Must be able to work varied shifts to include weekends and extended hours

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
