Facilitates successful completion of transfer audits and provides face to face training with Distributors which results in improved Distributorship performance in people management, internal operations, sales, and route operations.

Promote unity and trust with Distributors by exemplifying the Enterprise mission and philosophy statement consistent with Interstates Purpose and Values Statements.

This position reports to the Field Operations Team Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and expeditiously perform a physical audit including renewal of Dealer agreements, database set up, and execution or closing documents
  • Consultations with Distributors to create developmental plans and reporting that improves Distributorship performance in people management, internal operations, sales, and route operations.
  • Coach and train Distributors in the use of system tools and programs designed to create maximum efficiency and results for the Distributorship's and the Interstate System
  • Participate as a trainer of Distributorship personnel as in the field, Home Office, and at Conventions
  • Perform financial reviews and distributorship analysis to determine operational efficiencies
  • Monitor and achieve compliance with Distributors in their performance in servicing National Account customers
  • Interact with all levels of the Enterprise
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business or commensurate experience
  • Team player who has demonstrated the ability to collaborate and effectively network in a professional fast paced organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in servant leadership principles
  • Thorough understanding and background knowledge of wholesale distribution operations with 3-5 years of successful experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in wholesale distribution operating principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to make presentations to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to produce results with previous assignments
  • Goal-oriented
  • Proven managerial skills such as planning, directing, organizing, executing, and coordinating the completion of objectives to a successful conclusion
  • Inspires trust by completing projects on-time and within budget and proactively communicating progress, issues, and future actions
  • Skillful decision making based on good judgment
  • Fosters innovative and insightful thinking to seize new business opportunities
  • Strong work ethic and ability to balance competing priorities

  • Willingness to travel 50%
