  • Needs limited supervision and/or direction.
  • Develops strong relationships with Customers, peers and Leaders.
  • Creates and presents material, both written and oral, to Leaders.
  • Attends and actively participates in meetings; may lead simple or routine business meetings.
  • Provides ad Hoc financial and operational support to Leaders.
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a Team.
  • Must be Customer Service oriented and maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging Customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills.
  • Strong PC and software skills required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); familiarity with data querying or reporting tools preferred.
  • Ability to partner with Technology and other work groups to enhance data quality and accessibility.
  • Ability to transform raw data into easily understood, presentable and actionable findings.
  • Ability to answer business questions using experience, logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize accordingly.
  • Ability and desire to take ownership of individual and Team deliverables.

May perform other job duties as directed by Employees Leaders.



High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.


  • High School diploma or equivalency required.
  • Four year college degree required; aviation, business, finance or economics is preferred.


  • One or more years of experience in airlines or corporate planning preferred.
  • Headcount and wage modeling experience, preferred.


  • CPA or CMA preferred.


Must be accomplished in the skills and abilites required of the Analyst role.
