Develop and support a strong bond with company owned operations and strengthen their dealer base, market share, and incremental growth within their assigned area. Increase the level of trust to effectively and efficiently sell more batteries profitably in order to meet regional unit sales objectives

Responsibilities:

Effectively and efficiently sell more batteries profitably to meet regional unit sales goals

Perform account management duties as directed by selling all approved IBSA product lines in all markets profitable

Maintain, generate, and facilitate all travel requirements including vehicle disposition, high volume prospects report and full reporting procedures in accordance with company policies and guidelines

Generate unit volume through individual sales efforts, and increase in dealer set-ups and exclusivity

Responsible use of budget dollars and giveaways

Coordination and facilitation of follow up to dealers and Operation Managers to ensure materialization of sales volume and exclusivity

Develop and strengthen Operation relations through administration of Enterprise proven standards and philosophies

Qualifications:

High School Graduate

Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service and business development skills

Basic computer skills

1-2 years customer service and/or sales experience preferred

Ability to work and travel independently on a sustained basis

Acceptable driving record. Subject to drug test
