WHATWILL YOU DO INA WEEK?:

Under the supervision of the Office Manager for construction site personnel, and the Project Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:

Follow up on correspondence with various clients and people involved;
Prepare and correct various presentation documents;
Handle photocopies, faxes, and document filing;
Handle internal and external customer service;
Perform tasks related to preparing and putting together proposals and/or propositions for submittal when the case arises;
Draw up client contracts when required and prepare agreements for professional services;
Check published calls for bids in project management or other types of projects daily;
Perform several other related tasks in terms of support for the office.


DO YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS?:

2-3 years of experience in an Administrative role.
Diploma in Office Administration considered an asset.
Previous experience working within the Construction Industry considered an asset.
Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to organize and prioritize activities to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
